Frequently asked questions
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
It depends on your terminal. Cancún Airport receives international flights at terminals 2, 3 and 4, and your driver waits at the exit of yours holding a sign with your name. Because we track your flight, we know which terminal you land at and confirm the exact spot before you travel: when you walk out, you won't have to look for anyone.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the number you provide. If it's delayed, we adjust your pickup time at no additional charge.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, always. Every transfer we run is private: a family of six pays the same as a single passenger. The price you see when booking is the total for the trip, taxes included and with no surcharge for travelling at night.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance get a full refund. Within 24 hours of the service there is no refund.
Do you offer baby and child seats?
Yes, we have child seats and boosters. Add them as an extra when booking and let us know the children's ages.
How can I pay?
You book without paying anything upfront. We contact you on WhatsApp or by email to arrange payment before the service. Important: our drivers do not handle money, so do not bring cash to pay them. Coming soon: online card payment.
Will I share the vehicle with other people?
No. Every transfer is private: the vehicle is just for you and your group. You leave as soon as you have your luggage, with no waiting for other passengers and no stops at hotels other than yours.
